Who - We are a small group of pioneering Linux enthusiasts ranging from novices to advanced users.

What - We hold regular meetings to learn from Linux demonstrations and mutual sharing of knowledge and through discussions.

Where - *We meet at LJ Hooker Real Estate Building, Corner of Eighth Avenue and Cameron Rd, Tauranga, Bay of Plenty, New Zealand (see comment below)

When - Monthly meetings are held at 7:00pm, on the first Tuesday of every month

Cost - Door charge of $2 goes to our host as a donation for the use of their premises.

This months meeting will be held at the Technology Wise office, 195 Devonport Road, Tauranga.

In addition to our monthly meetings, we host a Linux Open Day on the last Sunday of every odd numbered month, starting at 9am and finishing at 3pm at the Arts and Crafts Centre, Elizabeth Street, Tauranga (next to the roundabout at the waterfront end). There is a $2 door cover charge to supplement the use of the building. This is where the rubber meets the road, and where Windows is not welcome. Bring your system in for a tune up, install Linux, hack at and improve your existing Linux system or whatever takes your fancy. All care, no responsibility. No registration necessary.
